it's never something that you completely consciously seek- you kinda get the conditions just right and it happens naturally without you realizing.

I think it cannot be 24/7 la, it's defined a lot by what it is not. i think a few times a year is good, once a month or so is fantastic, more than that is just indulgent already lol

But there are people who live almost 24/7 with that sort of content calm. Although i think to their credit they kind of throw away any sort of conscious effort to seek it & do it in the least pretentious way which is i guess to just surrender themselves to their message of love.

To say that its indulgent seems to imply that there is a sort of pleasure in the experience? i don't really seek that.. i just want to be true and genuine. Which i guess is a pleasurable state of being, i don't know, but not the sort of word i would attach to that state of inner/outer/whole peace.

actually now that i think about it that experience probably wasn't even close to *it* if it was i would be far different now but it was pivotal in pushing me towards understanding what i truly wanted to seek as a person.
