Invisibility: Isabelle would be able to see through it, but Draco likely wouldn't, despite his experience with magic. If Draco were really paying attention, he would probably be able to see through it, but most of the time, it would be fine to have Niall invisible; in the same vein, even if Niall were invisible, Draco would probably be able to sense him.
Glamor: Isabelle can see through his glamor, being that she has one of her own. Draco cannot, unless otherwise willed.
Feeding: Yes for both.
Affection: They both have some previous experience with Niall, so both Isabelle and Draco would be slightly hesitant to have any sort of affectionate exchange. However, both are willing to be touched, if the occasion arose.
