Split up with Sara on Monday night, I did & still do feel like a complete cunt for doing so but I guess it was the best for both of us in a way. Don't get me wrong, I still love her with all my heart, she'll always be my special princess

This is how I am, I always feel like I need to punish myself for everything, and I always end up battered and brusied. Today even, I made my ex mad and I started to pull off my false nails, which is quite painful, but at the time, I never feel it...

I know that is the first impulse when you've hurt someone is to take it out on yourself. It's a really hard impulse to fight, but you will get better at it.

What are you going to tell Grace about your arms?

Grace already knows & she understands everything behind it. She also suffers from the Demon that is Self Harm as well as being a moderate-to-severe schizophrenic & having severe ADHD, so I've got my hands full with this one methinks.
