I don't care if it makes me a nerd to be into this shit. I really dig the aesthetic and the creative/DIY aspect of it all. I'm not into the whole cos-play/alternative lifestyle part of it, cause people take shit too far sometimes, but the artistic side of it is dope.

I've never been inclined to open up a dvd player or an iPod just to see it's guts.

Mr is new at the web stuff but I've only used godaddy to buy the sites, then host through Yahoo since it has the site builder templates that are easy to use. Not artistic or custom but easy. He will probably do more when he gets into it.

I love the pieces too, aren't they amazing?

Done & Done. Getting my crafting chops up to par may take some time, but when I hit the point where I am confident that I can make a quality pair, it's on.

i never knew there was a name for that style of sculpture. neat. I always love when things mix all the different tones of metal...like Duke and Blinky.

We'd love to have sculptures of our girls :) ...when you get good and all.

I doubt I will ever be as good as the guy who made Duke & Blinky, but who knows what I will come up with. If, down the road, I find some parts that I can make some neat looking pooches out of, I'll let you know.
