When each person brings a gift, then you sit in a circle and draw numbers. Number one goes first, picks a gift, opens it. Then number two can either choose a new gift, or steal person #1's gift. If they steal, person #1 goes and opens another new gift. Then person 3 goes and so on. At the very end, person #1 gets the last choice of gift or steal. It is HILARIOUS. Takes forever though!
