I hope you cancelled the refund. She's got the doll. She is reselling. She is not returning it. She should not have a full refund on top of that. If she's keeping the doll, then maybe she gets $10 off. Btw, did you insure the doll with your carrier? You might be able to claim damage and get YOUR $ back at least if they will work with you. I know they're always weird about packaging damage so depends on who takes the claim.
