And I think that NaNo might be the secret. I think it did something to my brain. I find it so much easier to just write ever since November.

Hmm. That's a shame. It looks really fun, but I have to be honest, I really hate filling out the stupid fest forms. They are just so long and tedious and I stress over them.

I hate the forms but I don't want to have to write outside my zone, and I can't them any way but gen for my writing. I should ask if anyone is looking for gen (which just means no romance/smut, right?)

I signed up to pinch hit for bill_ficathon. I write him way too narrowly for most of the participants, and my level of kinkiness is pretty low. But if someone who asked for Bill/Fleur doesn't get their fic, maybe I'll get to write.

Fic fests. They'll get you every time. :) I just turned in my rarepair_shorts fic, and now I need to start on wizard_love. *headdesk*

I am so excited for rarepair_shorts to start posting, though I'm not sure how happy I was with mine. The word limit kind of stressed me out.

And I definitely agree with that last statement.

We'll see. The odds of someone writing a Bill/Fleur fic, especially when so few requested that pairing, are low. But I'll keep my fingers crossed.

I'm excited for RP_S posting, though I am not happy with my fic. I wrote it the day before it was due, and I'm throughly 'meh' about it. And before beta, it was one word below the maximum word count.

Need to stop signing up for fests. I have a thesis to write in the coming months. >.
