sounds like Home and the World.
i'll pick the book up once i'm finished reading my english translation of the Dead Sea Scrolls. I'm also reading The Book Your Church Doesn't Want you to Read, and The Turin Shroud.

if you want more books on that same topic, just give me a ring. i've got loads from Huma 2440 India: Life, Culture, and the Arts.

Actually, I didn't even know what your full name was Alexandra until right now. You were introduced to me as "Alex" the onw time I met you. I can understand not wanting to be called by a hated nickname.

In other news, Henry James is a goddamned genius.

Tell you what, sweetheart: I'll find something else to call you.
Good? Good.
Gimme a call sometime; you're so out of the loop.

did you not get my mail, popkin? i wants back in da loop!
it's funny how we don't have nicknames for each other, and never have (i'm right when i say "never," right? we never had codenames or some such?). i'm such an ass, i don't even call you アシ. which i agree sounds nicer and is more suited to you! [hops around doing the 'ass' dance]

I have pretty much this same mac with the same layout in the room next to me. I hate it with a passion. I can't understand how programs that are for both OS ' are somehow all wrong on the mac... it's like... it's trying to decide what I want to do for me, and limit my options accordingly, but in truth, it has no clue, and then because of that whole mess, neither do I.
I'm constantly dumbfounded by programs that have no options or settings, or programs with some setting, but not the ones I'd like alter.
So whenever I want to use a computer that makes sense to me, and can right click, I come home to my handmade PC.

I felt that because you gave PCs such a strong backhand, I could give my opinion back, especially since I have to fight with this demon on a daily basis.

However, I do always leave open the option that all the things I'm looking for actually exist in a Mac, but that I just can't find them.
I'm looking, though~

really? same specs...? mac programs are pretty much open code. you can go in and fuck around even with the main OS.
what do you have trouble with or find annoying? settings/no settings on what? i was annoyed by them at first, just because it was different, but now i only feel lurve for apple. just msg me next time you feel cross about something. i will attempt to hewp.

oh, i have Virtual PC if you wannit. takes up over a GB of space though, and gobbles RAM.

BOO option+click is fine! haha i'm so used to it, half the time i'm like "WHERE IS TEH OPTION KEY, HOW CAN I RIGHT SELECT?" when i use a pc
