yeah, they are called "rocking horse" because they rock a little as you walk. apparently riding a bike is hard? but i've seen people walking in them, and they have no problem. and i've seen them a lot in manga, and there are never any falling/tripping jokes. the real vivienne westwood ones are hundreds of dollars... D:
