What size is the baby the stars shine bright top?

it's freesize. i would recommend it to someone who wears a size small shirt. i wear a small, and sometimes a medium, and it fits very comfortably. there is no shirring but the fabric has give.

would you like any measurements? i'm trying to find my tape measure but can't locate it at the moment.
