www.thedailyplate.com. It's a free calorie tracking website where you enter what you ate and it calculates how many calories you've consumed and you also enter what exercise you've done for the day and it calculates that too.
It's very interesting.

Some people at work have been using it to track their intake and exercise numbers, and they love it. I believe its a free service as well.
