As Kris already pointed out you must have had your ears burning cause we were just talking about you updating! I love "I'm gonna get my girl" Nathan so I'm SO excited for the rest of this fic now!

The goodbye/not goodbye was written perfectly, you could feel confusion radiating off Haley, and the resolve off of him. Which is something I've always admired about your first person work - some how you seem to be able to get across what the other person is feeling too, despite the story being written in the others perspective!

I love the HP friendship you've got - how supportive Peyton is of Haley but also fiercly protective, although (and you'll be sick of me saying this soon because I know I've said it at least twice before in reviews for this story) it does make me sad that it's HP and not HL who have the bond in this story!

Okay I have to go try and get something to eat before class but I loved it - and well if you decide to post the next chapter before the week is up I won't have any objections!!!!

Wow, that was a brilliant update, maybe my favorite chapter so far. The Nathan and Haley interaction was so beautiful and genuine. Despite their many issues, I couldn't help but have a huge smile on my face as Haley realized that she was flirting with Nathan and making divorcing jokes. And I'm so happy that she at least realized that she isn't over Nathan and still loves him. And I completely sympathize with her plight about being torn what to do. It's just not a simple situation with her starting medical school and I wouldn't be surprised at all if she resolves to put her feelings aside and just power through. It would be such a Haley thing to do ( ... )
