I've emailed her but haven't heard back but internet access could be spotty or she's too busy making sure her family and friends in Chile are safe. She's in my prayers and hopefully she'll let us know she's ok soon.
Until now, we are advised not to use phone communications with Chile unless it's completely necessary. So I wouldn't advice trying to contact her by phone yet. There's a lot of Chileans in Argentina (Summer vacations) and they have the priority so they can contact family.
Chilean president said that they won't know the exact extent of the damages until around Monday, but that they were doing all possible to get people back to their houses if they were away...
I hope her and her family are ok. And I hope you'll be able to contact her soon.
I'd seen the news where the Chilean President was asking that people refrain from using the phones except for emergencies. Unfortunately, I don't have her phone number to call her, even if I could. But I did check the database that moreteadk linked to above, and so far neither she nor her hubby are in there, which I'm taking to be a good thing at present.
Oh, I do, too. ~crosses fingers~ As far as I know, no one's heard from her yet, but it's very likely that the internet is low on her priority list right now.

Don't know how useful it is, but it might be worth a try.

~nods~ I will, and I know that there are several others who are concerned, and they're on the lookout for her, too.
