The good is how well the sign-ups are going for the sshg_exchange. Other than the tendency for LJ to arbitrarily decide that some comments are "suspicious" and automatically screen them as spam, it's gone very smoothly, and lots of people are signing up! shiv5468 and I were convinced that it would be a small fest this round, since canon is closed and the last movie
