Buddhism Wins Best Religion in the World Award

I just really like this. Especially the Buddhists being like, "Um, no that's cool, you keep it. Thanks though." Something about the entire situation just seems a little... misguided? In a cute way. I think it's pretty cool. As secular as I am, I see a lot to like in Buddhism; I know it influenced my mom's thinking growing up, and she's the closest thing to a spiritual guide I've ever had. And they're right that it's telling, that nobody's so lost as to pick up a gun in the name of Buddha. It also doesn't surprise me at all that they refused the prize, considering the emphasis on selflessness and desirelessness.
