No worries. Like I said, I'm pretty Nudgy myself. It's a common trap GMs fall into until they get the knack of implementing story hooks.

When I started out DMing in 2nd edition, I was a Wuss. Since I used the Player's Option books, (at least for Skills and Powers,) plus Psionics, A few extended racial books, Ninjas, and a few other detailed class books, character generation took a long time. I'd have games of up to 8 people, too. *shivers* Death sucked so much for me and the other player that I'd have to lie about over half my rolls a night to make sure people didn't die to crit hits and such. DM screens were my friend

Thanks! I didn't expect it to get this much attention, as I sort of wrote it all off the top of my head. Considering I plan on doing a comedy site some day, this is all very encouraging.
