ME TOO! I called to cancel my membership like two weeks ago and they charged me AGAIN!! Fuck.

I've called to upgrade my order from the 3 peice to the 5 peice and they've fucked it p now twice. Its really really annoying. Especially because going through their dumb automated answering thing is 100% infuriating!
