Early schedule + Syriana + OQO

This week my precious alarm clock has been going off at 4:45 am.  Since I still have not bought a car, T's Dad has been nice enough to lend us his car for this week.  In return I gotta drop him off at work before I head to work.  I drop him off at 5:25 am.  He doesn't start work until 7:30 am but for some weird reason he likes being there extra

Hmm. That computer thingy is cute and all, but we'll be getting something different for Christmas....I'll give you a hint..... it has four wheels and it can get you to work. Bah Humbug.

I went on the website, and they have one that starts at like $1200.

I'm actually seriously considering getting one now. I was goig to buy a laptop anyways.

We'll see.

I would like to actually USE it rather than just buy it online. I don't think that option exists at this point.

I saw that it's the newer model (OQO 1+) that is more spendy.
That would be great if you could see how it works and actually get a feel for it. I don't know if any stores would have it on hand, but then again I haven't been looking for it either.
You'll have to keep me posted if/when you do get one. It makes sense to get something like this rather than a laptop.
