Itz an enhanced Vada Pav I would say. There are some places in Malad(W) where you can try this. Some place close to the rlwy station, I dont remember the name

Sorry buddy, of my 20 months stay in Mumbai, one of the things that i hated the most was VADA PAV. I wud remain hungry rather than eat that thing.
