HOW IMPORTANT IS SPIRITUALITY

Dude, there will be 100 contradicting schools of thoughts, but if you are to do ur MBA at SP JAIN (leave alone Havard) just so that people listen to you whenever you talk, you have misused that seat and done injustice to the person on the first waiting list. Spirituality may be important to us in personal life but it surely has no place at work....
Gita is great in that respect because it actually says that what is right/wrong is contextual and is actually above what your religion defines as right/wrong. Ultimately they are words of one who was in favour of waging a war just because it was right thing to do 'in that context'
hey illa kane...was having fun..the stuffs that i have written above are the things that i heard when i used to wake up intermittently during the sessions!
But dont expect me to write about it here! Its something personal... In this field, no one is with you. You are all alone and should fend for yourself... try to discover yourself and your meanings and the resultant joys...
I agree with sharath, that spirituality is a way of life. Its about how one effectively applies ....The benefits of applying it is known to only those who apply.... It cannot be talked out ...
