I'm not an expert, but it's what you eat, not how much...haha, here's the game plan, dump the trash (ice cream, candy, and that junk) and pick up some more healthy alts like daily brocolli, corn, peas, do some sit ups, push ups, maybe run or jog and you'll drop those pounds!
