i have had lots of issues with ichat's audio capabilities before, although it was nice to have people over last spring while erin and friends were at her parent's place and just leave the laptops open.. you could approach the computer and have a conversation with whoever happened to be sitting near the other terminal 2000 miles away. really not

it was pretty sick, they were calling me first then he started instant messaging me saying:
