Well, that settles it...
I'm probably going to get a Neon this Spring. :) The insurance for an '00 model is so much cheaper than the other cars I've wanted, it's incredible. I can actually afford it without any help. We're going to get a few more quotes on some other cars and try some of them out but for now it's the Neon. Whenever I get a car, it'll most likely be in May
