A ballad sung drifting

Ohh, ohh, Jesus Mary Joseph. I just watched the Korean film A Millionaire's First Love [백만장자의 첫사랑], which by its title alone, obviously denotes a romantic drama. The plot has its predictability, but what was unpredictable was the steady emotive triggers that swept up the film. Ahh, I've had a cold for a week, see, and by the time I was done the ( Read more... )

A Millionaire's First Love!!!! Oh man, those Koreans and their sad movies. There's always the degree of predictability but I loved this one especially because of the same things you mentioned about it. I remember TVXQ's pre-release of Insa and I was just so in love (and in tears).

A BALLAD. -dies- Honestly, that thank you is enough ♥! If you ever end up doing and band art, I would more than spazz over the shiny. Just out of curiosity, what other bands have you discovered? :D

It really was a coincidence, though, wasn't it?! I mean Death Note-->KPOP. The connection was bound to happen.

Oh gosh! If TVXQ released a music video of Insa, I don't think I've seen it. I, uhm, actually haven't discovered that many different Korean bands, because I'm rather fixated on the sheer volume of public media TVXQ has. Does any western band even go through half of the talk shows, game shows, movie dramas, recordings, learning new languages, amongst other things that they go through? Good lord. I'm still in shock; And am starting to believe that those five were chosen because they all had identical twins to act out their parts, or something.

Hehee, if you've got any pressing requests for band art, I'm all for it! Even if it's of a Korean band that I don't know yet. :D (And, on whimsy, I was imagining JaeJoong in a princely outfit just from your off-handed comment about his hair, but I fear I can't pull off the art like how I want to.) But uahh, my mind's so cheerfully fermenting in K-pop these days, it's completely eclipsed my love for Death Note. What scandal!
