honestly, i haven't been reading penny arcade much since i moved down to oregon. i guess it's just a case of similar taste. i don't really play many shooters, outside of the half life games, and mostly stick to rpgs because i love a good story, so i guess that's just how it goes :) i do like obnoxiously linking everything though...makes for less explaining of things

as for guitar hero, can't beat jordan yet. the solo makes sense to me, but i just can't move my fingers fast enough. in guitar hero 1 (including bonus songs), i have 4 4 starred and one 3 starred (cowboys)....4 star bark at the moon, but i've gotten 5 stars on the x360 release of it. the new engine definitely helps that one. guitar hero 2 on the 360 (including bonus) leaves me with 8 4 star and 2 3 star (misirlou and six). i think my real limitation is not playing guitar, it still feels a bit unnatural to me. however, playing the drums makes the rhythm pretty easy for me to pick up.
