*snrk* I only vaguely know of the 'tall dark man bearing stuff' tradition. The sports rivalry is far more important, as we all know ( although I did wonder why Collins was miffed - I mean, the Scots are Celts, same as the Irish... I'm a little slow this morning :D )

There isn't a lot about the Old Firm rivalry that makes much sense (it's gotten my mum so confused she now pronounces Celtic (the peoples) with a soft c and Celtic (the team) with a hard c ;)

How... could I miss this? How could I miss a New Years fic with AR-27 where you managed to shove Scottish tradition into and give us another moment of neurotic!John? HOW?

Oh, anyway... loved it, even down to the lengthy A/N! I knew they wouldn't let John get away with a piece of cake mission, even if it was a piece of cake mission and don't we all love AR-27 for exactly that? :D
