Here is how to do a Quick Search through the command history on Ubuntu -
From Terminal, hit CTRL + R. That switches the terminal mode to "reverse-i-search". Search away!
To exit the "reverse-i-search" mode, hit ESC.

Today marks the day Sachin Tendulkar scored 200* of 147 balls, including 25 fours and 3 sixes, against South Africa at Gwalior. I have no words that describe how happy I feel. It could not have happened to a better player, or a better man.
