Congrats hon. Take my advice and research the National Curriculum a bit- go to your library, they should have a copy of the book. Don't need to read the whole thing, just maybe get an understanding of the progressions etc.
Main thing is to be honest. Sell honest, but be yourself- you have limits. The main advice I can give you is that everyone will need help in teaching- and I would acknowledge that in the interview. Let them know that you enjoy challenges, that you would ask for the advice from your mentor and people in subject fields etc to further benefit your teaching.
Also, take a look at EVERY CHILD MATTERS. That is a really key document in teaching so if you can bring that up somehow (eg saying how you would ensure that when planning you ensured you always had extension activities and that you differentiate the tasks, you take into account that some kids learn visually, others by doing etc etc) that will go down well.
