I've far too busy recently. Working 6 or 7 nine hour shifts a week is far too brutal. I'm just glad that the 9 hour shift nonsense will be finished a week on Friday! Then i'll be going down to 20 hour work weeks which will be much more managable for getting cycling and kung fu in
