We all have our moments. And between you and me, I have never been cheered on by children/animals/adults. Don't get me started on vehicles...I refuse to give them "the right-of-way". Los Altos Loop is depressing....Colima Loop is King.

I must tell you about an old guy I met at my physical. He ran for Los Altos track when he was in high school. He gave me all these tips and stories about his running days. He ran 26 miles in 2 and half hours! Nice man. He expects a lot out of me...What a nice man. :/
