My body hates me, not sure why but it really does.  It doesn't work correctly like other people's.  I sound like a walking medical case study or something, I get chronic uti, vyi, have psoriesis of the scalp, I've twisted my ankle 3 times on this trip due to poorly paved streets and slippery bathroom floors, and to top it off I haven't had my ( Read more... )

Have you tried Depo Provera? THat really worked well for me.

yes, and so am i, but i'm more afraid of A) babies and B) nuclear death menstruation, which I had for years and years.

nuva-ring. It's amazing. I was a giant bitch on the pill too, but since this basically sends the hormones right where it needs to be, it never quite gets to the point of controlling your emotions. A bunch of my friends are on it too with no moodswings whatsoever. It's worth asking about!

I can't tell from the literature but does it make you have your period? Cause thats what I want more than the birth control....I want to have that as a normal thing rather than a 2x a year thing.

Researching symptoms independently makes hypothyroidism sound very possible. Although many of the symptoms could be caused by a vast array of things, abnormal menstrual cycles post-teenage are a much smaller catergory of conditions ( ... )
