Groundhogs day

Has anyone else worked the overnight shift at a job, where you start on the 4th of June and you are done working your 8 hours on the 5th of June.  Then you sleep the 5th of June, just to get up later and work the 5th of June and leave work mid morning on the 6th of June?  It all gets very very confusing.  I'm perpetually asking my co-workers "what ( Read more... )

Hm. I don't have the time change issue. But I do work across the night where you start on Thursday and leave on Friday. What is confusing is if you forget the day, then you look it up on the computer and it tells you Friday, but really, for business purposes, it's still your Thursday. Doh.

I can only imagine how more confusing it must be being a day ahead of family and friends! Happy Groundhogs day! :) :-p

Won't be long now till you're on first shift and figuring out what day it is should be easier. You know you can call me in the morning, I don't mind, it is better than sleeping.
Lost our game, I still have water in my ear from swimming at bede's. Melissa came along to both, she felt like bede was kinda mean. I miss you.
