meds, antihistamines are good against hay fever?

what i'm envious of is the US's ability to sell antibacteiral ointments that actually work.

They are, but since I"m still nursing Eoin, I can't have pills (they have lactose in them) or decongestants. So I need to find an antihistamine that doesn't make me drowsy, which is hard. Zirtek liquid is great, but they don't sell it here!
