Oh, I LOVE Launchcast! I haven't listened for a couple of days but it was working as of Tuesday.

I just checked though and Launchcast is indeed sucking ass right now. *g* Really slow and my player won't load either.

When it works again though, mine is buffysmg81. Mine's probably a pretty weird mix too.

Hehe! Sounds right up my alley, then. LOL! I'm glad it's not just me that was having trouble with it.

I can't wait til they have the subscription version available outside the USA, I would gladly pay for unlimeted songs and stuff ... well if it stops sucking ass I would! LOL

I didn't even know that the sub option wasn't available outside the US. I was considering signing up once 'cause the price was so good - I never went to read about it once.

I still need to customise my Launchcast more. It's pretty good with playing only what I like (even when it recommends stuff for me) but occasionally, I'll get some weird rap or a song from a Broadway musical. *g*

Yeah, I tried to sign up and it said not outside US. I was pissed because I soooo rarely subscribe to anything online, and the one time I was willing to pay, I couldn't!! LOL

LOL @ the rap & Broadway stuff ... I get weird stuff like that too once in a while still. I *WILL* WEED IT OUT!! Lmao!

I've been using it for a couple of years and it starts to suck ass every once in a while. I ditched it for a while when I discovered Radio@Netscape, which is also free and has tons of radio stations. The cool thing about Radio@Netscape was that you could preview the songs playing on other station, artist & song title, before actually switching to that radio station. Then they came out with a new version and that option no longer existed.

bastards.

Anyway, lol, I haven't used either one in a while since I went back to dial-up. Radio@Netscape should definitely go back to that old option. It rocked. It is worth checking out in any case. They had lots of free stations last I used it.

My station is (faerie_bijou). Mine should have lots of dancehall and reggae, but since there isn't a great selection of those genres I have some crap songs playing on my station at times. I hate that. lol.

Oh! I used to have Netscape Radio too! I liked it quite a bit. I haven't reinstalled it on this hard drive yet though. I should do that. *nodnod* It will be good to have bith for when Yahoo sucks ass.

Wow, I didn't know Launchcast was around that long! I thought it was this brand new thing, and that's why it was so wonky. I'd be pissed off if I was subscribing!
