Sly gave me her old Dickies shorts from eighth grade. She found 'em yesterday, but had said before how she wouldn't wear them because they're uncomfortable to her. Well, she found them and gave them to me. I put them on after school (and I got many a question about why exactly I was carrying such an item in my bag) and haven't taken them off. I've kinda been forcing myself away from one of my friends; he has really started annoying me lately, and I don't exactly appreciate it, even though I'm sure he doesn't realize it. Yesterday.
It was the same old routine. I hadn't taken anything of his, but once again he was poised to hit me as if I had. And, just as always, that guy was watching from his apartment porch. Ugh. Reorganization.
Cleaned my room yesterday, but overhauled is more like it. A table is now on top of the loft frame, my satellite chair is on the opposite side of the room, the two chairs from the dining room each have their own side, though I may move them both to the "desk" in the back. The floor has been vacuumed, so no more icky icky stuff there. Moved my yarn ( Read more... ) -
The corner.
It's not busy. But it's not devoid of life, of activity. It's just a low-traffic area is all. It's not in the good side of town, either. No, my corner is trashed, bashed, crashed. Anything but empty.

Sobriety.
Don't ask about it. It's not fun, at least, not for me. I've been clean for a few months now, for almost the whole school year. But that doesn't mean anything, because nobody really knows what it's like to go through it.

Pretty neat movie. Fuckin' hilarious. Poor, friendless fools. :) Gotta love how the lady sold us those tickets, even though we're well, underage.... One member of our crew didn't show up, and he was the one who wanted to see the movie! Looks like we get to rub it in his face on Monday.. and forever.
