Once again, have a meme instead of a real-life post. They're just so much easier! ^_^
1. Where and when did you start RPing?
Creative-writing RP, around February 2009 at TST.
Tabletop RPGs, near the beginning of high school.
2. Do you RP anywhere other than LJ?
Nope.
3. Do you play in any public games?
TST! (theskytides)
4. Do you prefer first-person comment spam or prose logging?
I don't know, actually. I haven't done much first-person comment spam, outside of memes and other randomness. Both are fun, I think.
5. What was the first character you ever played?
Jenka, from Girl Genius. Still playing her, and having a lot of fun with it!
6. Who's your favorite character to play now and why?
I only have two active ones, so, umm, both? Cordelia Naismith may have been my favorite for a while when Conscripted was still alive.
7. What's the longest you've ever consistently played one character?
About 11 months now! \o/
8. What's your biggest RP pet peeve?
Grammar, misuse of words, that kind of thing.
9. Do you read RP secrets and the RP anon meme?
Yes, RP secrets. Mostly as a primer on LJ-RP culture. If it wasn't for RP!S, I probably still wouldn't realize most RPers are women.
10. If you've played in public before, do you prefer community based or journal based games?
Not sure what that means. I guess TST is both, anyway...?
11. Would you rather play with someone who's very very IC but a mediocre writer or someone who isn't always IC (but not terrible) and a great writer?
Hmmm. If "not IC" means "doesn't play the character like she has a consistent personality", I'd rather take a mediocre writer. If it just means "plays the character differently from how he's portrayed in canon", I'm unlikely to care. I don't know most of the canons anyway.
12. Do you have a "RP partner"?
I'm not really sure what that means, but probably not...?
13. Do you ever stalk any casts, games, or players? Who?
NO.

14. In your opinion, which part of an app is the most difficult/annoying?
Personality is interesting to write but hard to make into a consistent whole - I tend to end up writing a bunch of paragraphs and then having endless trouble arranging them in some way that makes sense.
Physical appearance is just sort of annoying to write.
15. Are you one of those people who has to customize their character's journal layout and userinfo?
Only a little. I mean, I pick a matching theme and maybe mess with the colors, but I'm much too lazy to do any of that cool html other people have.

17. Are there any canons you avoid tagging characters from?
I don't think so. And half the time I don't know the canon anyway!
18. Most memorable scene in any thread?
Jenka: breaking Dimo's arm just because she could. Catching up with Dimo and Maxim after she joined up. Meeting Takasugi during the cactuar fight. Talking to Hiyori about the Hollow ("show me"). The log with Komachi and Gin, even though it didn't get far. That whole delicious Marluxia log. 8D
Justin: making Ulquiorra flail! (only inwardly, of course), and everything else in that log. Meeting Abe. The whole Nena plot, more the concept than any particular scene.
Cordelia: serious topics with Sideswipe (who is just adorable!). All her interactions with Raikov, Lash and Dietrich. That time she talked to SG!Megatron, even though it was just a meme.
19. Do you RP sex?
Yes. I mean, not a lot, and only in crack as of now, but I think I'd like to if it came up. (Even if I'd be terribly self-conscious about it for the first while)
20. Do you play more males or females?
I consciously try to keep them balanced. Not that there's a lot of them or anything, but I was definitely looking for a male character for my second one in TST. I like variety. I used to have a strong preference toward male characters when I was younger and more stuck in stereotypes, but I'm getting over that.
21. What won't you RP?
Given that there's an infinite number of possible subjects/scenes, I'm sure both the list of what I would RP and what I wouldn't is infinite. But I don't recall anything I've seen, considered, or have been asked about, that I wouldn't RP.
22. Dressing rooms: yes or no?

23. Ever RPed a pairing?
A pairing as in a romantic relationship and not just sex, right? Nope.
24. Favorite place to play: musebox, open posts, public games, private games?
Public games first. Never been in a private game, but it sounds like fun! Museboxes are neat. Open posts - where?
25. Talking RP with someone else who plays your character: fun or awkward?
Someone else who plays one of my characters?? LOL, like that's going to happen!
It would probably be sort of awkward? IDK. Depends on the person, I'm sure.
