Sometimes I just hate my bitch of a mother. She is so selfish. She only thinks about how things make her feel and fuck you if you feel differently about it. I can't believe that I agreed to take care of her cat this week when it is totally 40 miles round trip out of my way and I am already working like a slave, so I have to spend 2 hours of the ( Read more... )

ooh that's not good. i told ryan to ask you about the car too. i didn't mean to stir anything up. seriously, there is no point in the car sitting in their driveway without being used. they were going to sell it, no?? what is the fucking difference?!

i swear to god mom thinks we are still teenagers. we'll never be responsible enough to make our own decisions.

Doode... my mom still tells me to go to bed. o_O

Would your mom be more willing to let me drive your car?
And then Ryan can use mine?
Or is it just an ANTI-ANYONE DRIVING SHANNON'S CAR type of thing?

I don't know if that would work... but, some people think a little lopsided-ly?

let me put it this way. if i called my mom and told her i was in a car accident, she wouldn't ask if i was hurt. she would ask how bad the damage is to the car.

my mom is extremely materialistic. she doesn't lend anything to anyone. ever. i don't know what she's so afraid of. it's just stuff. it can all be replaced or done without.

I remember offering to buy it, but apparently I am not worthy. Ehhh.

I have this silly notion that if I ignore problems long enough, they will go away, not blow up in my face. The car was one such time bomb. I was not unaware that I was living on borrowed time, so don't really warrant any sympathy. Regardless, thank you both for trying to help.

i wish i could go take care of her kitty so you wouldn't have to.

sometimes moms can be so retarded.

for as much as i LOVE my mom, she still acts like my MOM sometimes and it's like, HELLO?! i am 30 now!!!!

I actually like the cat. It doesn't have anything to do with her. I actually took care of her for 6 months when my mom was living in San Antonio, and that is what made me finally get my own cat. It all just comes down to my mom asking for things that she shouldn't, yet when I ask for something she jumps down my throat.

I can't believe how many people I have mentioned in passing to that I have to go to Mukilteo to feed the cat and they look at me like, "are you kidding? That is so far!" Oh, well. The things that our parents can talk us into. Next time my mom says "Shannon used to do it for us!" (like I am a terrible person for not wanting to go there) I will kindly remind her that Shannon was working 20 hours a week and I work around 60. That probably won't matter to her though. Oh well.....

oh, i know. i just figured, if i could take care of her kitty, you wouldn't have to drive all over creation everyday to do it. i just feel bad that you have to work so much and then like, go out of your way & stuff. i just wish there was something i could do to make things easier on you.
