Hehe, I know what you mean about wishing you could walk outside and hear English being spoken for just a minute! Well, if it helps, once you're back home for a while you'll wish people would speak German instead- crazy :) Berlin, and German culture in general, sounds most excellent. Your music news is also very good. Guten. :)
