My copies of the 4E D&D books just arrived, appropriately enough right after my interview is no longer a distraction. Review of the system is pending. mrteapot, did you get yours yet?

Are you guys still good for it? If not, I found out the tickets can be used any date this summer.

And, yes, we got out 4th Ed books a few days ago, Nick has been pouring over them making characters and playing with the rule since they arrived. (I've only gotten through a good skim of the PHB and read the first chapter or so of the DMG.)

Normally I might grumble about the irony of me being the last one to get these books when I run the most campaigns around here, but this week I was very glad not to have the distraction. I've begun the PH and am reading cover to cover; alas, I already see several things I'm going to need to create to make Orange Group playable as a 4E game (Serin badly needs rules for wizards using necromancy, enchantment, and conjuration-type magic).
