he hasn't uttered so much as a word to me in over six months. he even went so far as to ignore two sincere emails i sent him, and he signs off the instant i IM him.

yup. I emailed him once... it was a damn good email too, and I never heard anything back. When I post in his lj I never hear a word back either.
