So, School of Rock is going to get to be the featured fandom for August in crack_van, and I'm "driving" it.

Ooooh this shall be fun. Most of the links are going to be from fanfiction.net, and I probably haven't read any of them in a while so my opinion might've changed drastically, but that's half the fun.

Part One of my SoR Fic Recs:

And We Didn't; Sarah Lou
This fanfiction is a beautiful piece of writing that doesn't even need to be committed to a fandom. I even ignored minor grammar mistakes because the ending shocked me. I remember it was updated with a second chapter, but I like it better as just a one-shot. Pairing is Zack/Someone+Freddy/Same Someone, of whom could be either Summer or Katie.

Very cute parody.

Hyper Chondriac Music; s p u n
Oh, I love this one because it's so different and so well-written. This author has a very intriguing style. Billy/Gordon.

Imitation of Life; LadyDeathAngel
This was the first femme-slash recorded at ff.net [i believe...]! And it was lovely. Zack/Freddy Katie/Summer.

The Caged Mind Free; Prudence the Rushmore YanThis fanfiction had absolutely lovely

This is also another good Katie/Freddy read. I like to do K/F's justice.

This author has written the best Dewey I've ever seen. I'm devastated she'd never updated again.

The epitome of Summer/Freddy. Just lovely.

The Loudest Silence; My Divinest
This is my best friend (also in RL, lawl) here, and I think this is a great fanfic of hers. Also I like School of Rock and the Horribly Written Fic which is a parody she did that really hit home with a lot of readers XD

Hey, it's all good. I felt kind of like a spy for a second. Which was funny and greattt.

I'm really excited about doing crack_van this upcoming month becauseeeee I'm hoping it'll start people a'writing who are new to the fandom. And, you know. YOU KNOW. <3
