but maybe that's just me.
my favourite use for yogurt is when i bake chicken. instead of dipping it in eggs and then your favourite spices or bread crumbs, plain non-fat yogurt works really well to hold in flavor, moisture, and it adds a good element of taste that you wouldn't think of normally. i loves it.
