I liked it... I agree it was not one of Nicholas Cage's best performances but it was good.

I am currently on the look out for a copy (preferably wide screen collectors) of Lord of War. I would like to see it again both to compare it to what I remember to see if I have merely "shined" it up in my memory or if it truly was as good as I remember... but also for collections sake. It's also a bit personal. Its stupid but owning that movie will perhaps in some way honor Peter. *looks away* :-)

And watching it will trigger many good memories of Chris.

Neither of my parents have seen it... so I wish to change that fact. Neither of them may like it (though I suspect my dad will) but I would still like them to see it.

Oh yeah -- and Dad thought National Treasure was stupid. :-) I condensed and paraphrased but thats the jist.

Yes. He is. Quiet perhaps, but very smart. And never went to college... instead he went into the military and got his qualifications that way.
