I taught a session with some of my colleagues yesterday at the Minnesota Music Educators Association conference on Japanese songs and games. It was really cool when my peers enjoyed it and came up and thanked me, the "old guard" came up and told me I did a good job, and I'm a natural teacher (no, I practice, but I make it look easy).
