I was waiting for Robert Jordan to finish up the damn Wheel of Time series before resuming it.  I don't even remember what book I've read through, but it was somewhere around the point where I hoped the Rand would spend the rest of the series afflicted with projectile diarrhea every five paragraphs.  Oh well, so much for hoping for closure for that

Apparently good ol' James Rigney (Robert Jordan's real name) wrote how the story goes out in notes and such, and since his son helped with a lot of the series he's going to finish it out or something. You can look forward to 98098 more books of Rand bitching and Perrin being a total asshole wimp.
