Last night I finally got around to watching Crash. I don't think it's a movie that you're meant to like, but it was...I guess it was decent. Congrats on making a racially-charged version of Magnolia.

I never thought about race while I was growing up in Queens. It became an issue when we moved to P.R. when I was 12 and being in a classroom with kids constantly reminding me of the Governor's SPANISH ONLY campaign around the island to preserve the culture. It was so frustrating. Puerto Ricans hate Nuyoricans and they all hate Dominicans and Cubans because they are actually different. . . (*rolls eyes*)
