two hour session of total relaxation

Every Wednesday night, I have Yoga at around 5:20pm. It is filled with half a dozen beautiful women, and this includes the instructor! The class sits around on the floor in a circle (which makes it easier for me to check everybody out) and does the "flows" as per the instructor's guidance.
