Oh, this is perfection-- so moving. It really fits for me that Kalinda is completely helpless to Alicia's storm, just HAS to give her what she needs. I nearly choked up at her realization about how estranged they've been, that really IS heartbreaking -- except on some level they are not estranged at all. Gah, THESE TWO. Really wonderful, and I am SO GLAD that you ended it where you did. They needed it, and I NEEDED IT. :) Thanks!
