I know I didn't get much response on the genderswap meme (Thank you Feral_Shrew), but I still like the challenge and it's helping me stay on track with my fic for the big bang so here is another common meme I've seen online; Role Reversal.  Again please keep it within the Avatar universe

One: Ty Lee is the Avatar.
Two: Ursa would have done anything to protect her children, even if that meant killing her husband.
Three: The Fire Nation never wasted much time on the Southern rabble, but they reduced the great Northern Water Kingdom to scattered settlements without a single (known) waterbender.

I'm gonna have to go with number one as the other two aren't exactly role reversals. XD We'll save those for when I do a Divergence Meme. (incidentally that's the next one I'm planning.)

Ty Lee had been taught that all life had been created equal, that everyone was a child born under the same sky. Then one day the nuns told her she was different, she was the Avatar.

She had never wanted to be different, she wanted to play with her sisters of blood and of faith.

She wanted to be one of many, bringing the same word of peace and love through the air to the world below. A world that had already ignored that message before it was even given.

She could not, she would not maintain balance for a broken world. So she ran.

If she could not be one of many than she would be not be one at all.
