I'm leaving my Liverpool scarf out.

You know what I resent? Having to clean the flat and hide all of my personal stuff and being asked to buy flowers to put on the table, just so that some estate agent photographer can come here and take photos that will make everyone else want to buy the place and make me flat-less. That's what I resent.

And I didn't buy any flowers, so there.

Good for you. I went through the same thing a couple years back and it sucks hardcore. :-(

I know how you feel! When I was getting ready to leave LA, my landlord wanted me to "go somewhere else" all day long on Saturdays (every Saturday for a month) so he could show the apartment to prospective tenants. Which meant I couldn't get anything done at home. After the 2nd Saturday I thought, "The hell with this," and just stayed at home. It weirded out the prospective tenants, but ask me if I cared. :)

Yeah, the estate agent said that I could 'go for a walk' when they're going to show the flat. Well, I only have one set of keys and can't even get into the building without them, so I think I'm gonna stay put, actually. And if it weirds out prospective buyers so much that they don't want to buy the flat, so much the better for me. ;)

Oh, the hassle!
